0. finalise sourcing fabric and test dyes and washes, and finalise design [ongoing]
1. cut out and construct drafted tee (13 pattern pieces) from sourced 100% cotton heavyweight french terry, washed at 90 degrees.
2. gently fade with Thiourea Dioxide to emulate sun-fading
3. gently overdye with Taupe Rit Dye to emulate aging
4. (optional) abrase for more aging and distressing if desired
5. hot 90 degree wash to guarantee no further shrinkage and fray raw edges.
total process time ~15-20 hours over 2-3 weeks from confirmation
