I will make you one of these t-shirts by hand from heavyweight 100% cotton (minimum 300gsm, organic if I can find it).
All my designs are 100% raw edge appliqué embroidery which means they last a really long time! I also only use professional industrial machines to make my clothes. I expect it will take up to 20 hours of labour andI will need to source the fabric and then construct the garment so we're looking 2-4 weeks depending on how long it takes to get the materials!
The third image is an AI approximation of how the design may look once constructed, the final product will definitely vary.
